# Creating custom sonds

## Adding custom sounds

You can add custom sounds to your barrier. There are 2 different options:

You can upload up to 2 custom engine sounds. One for opening, one for closing or one sound for opening and closing.

⚠️ The sound should be exactly as long as the animation.

You can add 1 custom animation sound. ⚠️ This sound must be loopable.\
When submitting, just click on the animationparts when the sound should play. There are 4 available animationparts as you know. Close, Open, OpenIdle and OpenClose.

This sound will play while the animation is active.

The loopable sound should have a maximal lengh of 7 seconds.
